We happily ship our rings, object art, and sculptures worldwide from Brooklyn, NY.

All international shipments are sent DAP (Delivered at Place). Here’s what that means for you:

What DAP means

  • We’ll prepare, pack, and ship your order safely to your country.

  • When the package arrives, your local customs authority may charge import duties, taxes (like VAT/GST), and a courier handling fee.

  • These charges are set by your country’s government and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Typical charges by region (for guidance only)

  • European Union & UK: Expect about 20–25% of your order value in VAT + a small duty (2–4%) + a courier fee.

  • Canada: Expect around 15–20% total (GST/HST + duties + courier fee).

  • Australia: Usually around 15% total (GST + duty + courier fee).

  • Other countries: Please check with your local customs office for the most accurate estimate.

Example: If you order a $1000 ring to Germany, the customs bill could be around $220 on top of the purchase price and shipping.

Who pays these fees?

  • You, the customer, are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and handling fees.

  • Your carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or local postal service) will typically contact you to pay these charges before delivery.

Why don’t we include them?

Customs charges vary by country and even by region. To keep our prices fair for everyone, we don’t build them into the cost of your item. This way, you only pay what your local customs authority requires.

Tips for a smooth delivery

  • Keep an eye out for a message from your courier once your package reaches customs.

  • Pay any fees promptly to avoid delays in receiving your piece.

  • If you’re unsure what your customs office will charge, check your country’s import rules for “stone jewelry” or “stone sculpture” before ordering.

Bottom line: We’ll get your piece to your country. Your customs authority decides the rest.
